problema a scaricare gli ebook

Ho effettuato degli acquisti di ebook sia su IBS che su feltrinelli.it ma quando è stato il momento di scaricare l'ebook con ADE è apparsa la seguente dicitura:

Problema con la licenza del documento: E_ADEPT_CORE_ LOAN_SIGNATURE

e non si scaricano gli ebook.

I hope you can read English, because my Italian is limited to finding out

where the bathroom is.

The error message tells you that the library book does not have all the

information it is supposed to have in its loan record. You should go back

and tell the library's technical support function about this message and

they should be able to fix it for you.
