I damaged my Elements 7 install CD and I need to reinstall Elements 7. I have my serial number. Can I download a copy of Elements 7 install CD?

No, not from Adobe you don't. You eitehr need to upgrade or find someoen with a matchin CD to borrow it for a while/ make a copy.
