I received the message that I had to install Adobe 11 in order to open my programs.  I tried, and was told "installation complete", but it is not installed.  I now have no Adobe programs. I've tried several times to figure this out, but no luck.  Can you tell me what I must do?  Thank you. I have Windows 7 Home .

Please upload the screenshot of the error message. Also, write back the operating system? These would be helpful to get to the fast resolution.

I have windows 7, and there was no error message.  I downloaded, was informed that download was complete,

but it isn't there.  Frustrating.  I'm not very computer savvy, but I thought this would be easy. Any suggestions?

You mention "adobe reader" in the subject line, then "Adobe 11" in the text.

The latest Adobe Reader version is 10.1.3.

Do you mean Adobe Flash Player?  The latest Flash Player version is 11.2.202.235.

Or do you mean Adobe Shockwave Player?  The latest Shockwave Player version is 11.6.5.635.

What do you need that Adobe program for?
