I have tried updating flash player

Hi i hope someone can help. I have tried updating my flashplayer many time. Turned off my virus program, Ininstalled flash and re installed. Everything looks great downloads to 50 % then asks to turn off ie and then installs but allways get the same line stating it has a problem with the command line. Whats up? thx in advance

Hi, thx for the interest in helping.  I am running win 7 premium the 64 bit version. I have tried the download link you sent as well but it downloaded and installed but wont link up to programs that need it. not sure what I have done in the past.  thank-you Jim

I see you mentioning "ie", so I assume that you are on Windows.
