We apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please provide some more info to us so that we can narrow down the issue:
Is this happening for all images in your camera roll or a specific one? If its happening with a specific image can you please send that image to chandna <at> adobe <dot> com. We will use the image only for debugging purpose.
Also, are you able to import images using camera directly or through other import options such as flickr and google or the creative cloud.

The vey first time I used collage it let me load pictures from my camera role. The next time I tried on a different session it just crashes when I hit the Photo Library button (after approx 1 sec) so I don't even get to select a picture. As for the the other options YouTube works, camera works, and flikr works. Creative cloud goes to the right place although I have no images as yet to import.
Can you please provide some more information so that we can narrow down the issue:
- How many albums do you have in your photo library, can you send me the names of your albums at chandna <at> adobe <dot> com (this is just for debugging purpose)
- How many photos do you have in your library approximately, and are your photos mostly clicked from iPad camera, synced via iTunes or saved via Safari on iPad?
- In which language is your iPad/collage running?

One way that you can help us find the root of this problem is to send us the crash report that is generated when this happen.
First sync your device with iTunes, then do the following to locate the crash log:
If you are using iTunes on Mac OS X, then you can find the crash report in the following location:
~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<your iDevice’s name>/
Look for a crash log that contains "Collage" in its file name. Pick the log that was generated at the time when you observed the camera roll crash.
On Windows XP, the location is:
C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/<your iDevice’s name>
On Windows Vista and Windows 7, the location is:
C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Applecomputer\Logs\CrashReporter/ MobileDevice\<your iDevice’s name>\
