I am attempting to download Adobe Flash Player onto a Vista Operating system, which version do I use?

Use the latest 32-bit version (11.2.202.235).

The 64-bit version is not officially supported on Vista; however, if you have Vista 64-bit, you may try if you succeed installing and running the 64-bit version of Flash Player.  You can download the installer(s) from http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html#install_in_a_...
