1. Re: CS6.01 scrubbing in timeline with Titler open causing crashes
JSS1138 Jun 1, 2012 4:48 PM (in response to RBemendo)The Titler kind of gets in the way of doing anything but using the Titler.
Do your title thing and then close that before going back to work in the sequence.

RBemendo Jun 2, 2012 6:06 AM (in response to JSS1138)Thanks for the resonse Jim, I have been finding no issues with using the Titler as long as I don't scrub in the timeline, I will just continue to do that, and file a bug report.

Steven Pribilinskiy Jun 2, 2012 6:47 AM (in response to RBemendo)Cannot confirm. Created a title and overlayed it in the sequence. Opened the Titler - it is not docked. Scrubbed over the title in the timeline - everything is fine. Please make a Screen Recording, with HyperCam for example.

RBemendo Jun 11, 2012 12:13 PM (in response to Steven Pribilinskiy)Thanks Steven Pribilinskiy, I haven't been able to consistently reproduce the problem, but I do occasionally still get crashes if I scrub the timeline with the Titler open. I've been using Jim Simon's advice and as long as i'm not scrubbing in the timeline the Titler does just fine.

You may already know this but ...you can scrub the timeline from directly in the Titler. Hover on the timecode and click drag left right.
