The Download Error occurs in the Adobe Application Manager. I attempt to download a program and I get, "Download Error, please retry (which I have done several times) or contact customer support (which hasn't been easy). Error 403...

Sorry. That did not help I cannot find that location on my computer, I

checked all Adobe folders. I checked the windows folder. I checked all Temp

folders I came across. I even did a search for the location using the

windows search option. I cannot find that location. I think it will be

easier to phone???

I managed to get assistance from Support.

They had me DL the trial version of my product outside of https://creative.adobe.com/apps bypassing application manager.

Install, log-in and and activate.

Support indicated Adobe is working on the Application manager issue.

Succesfully was able to log in to AAM and start download after removing following folders from System level Application Support, quitting InDesign CS6 then relogging into creative.adobe.com.
