where is plug-in version download

I have the active x version for flashplayer 11.2 but do not know where to find the plug-in version?  Am using windows xp, ie8, 32 bit

The ActiveX version is for Internet Explorer.

To get the plug-in version, access the following Adobe link using Firefox or Safari: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
