I'll have to assume the question is whether or not Adobe Digital Editions
runs on Pandigital tablets or runs on a computer and supports Pandigital
tablets.
ADE is designed to run on personal computers under either a Windows or Mac
operating system environment. It does not run on any other device or
ereader - at least right now.
Some Pandigital ereaders are supported by ADE, and those have applications
running on them from Pandigital that provide the capability of reading
ebooks. THIS LINK

application is what will provide that capability.
