Hi There, am also facing the same issue, even i updated my Graphics Driver, I have cross checked the graphics properties also, still am having the issue.
I'm having the same problem as above.
Premiere Pro CS5.5.2 works fine. I'm a Creative Cloud Member and loaded Premiere Pro 6 from the Adobe Application Manager.
When I tried to open Premiere 6 it had the following error message.
I'm using a GeForce 9800GT that is up to date. Driver version: 301.42
Windows 7 Professional, 64-bit (Service Pack 1) DirectX runtime version: 11.0
Just to make sure I Uninstalled Premiere and Encore and re-installed them.
Still same message and Encore will not work either.
Ae and Au work.
I just had the same issue a couple of days ago. I tried everything on the internet (Including the options on the Adobe page) and nothing was working. I fixed mine by downloading the newest version of microsoft visual studio. https://www.visualstudio.com/downloads/ Just download the community version. It will take some time to download. I downloaded mine overnight. When I woke up, I clicked finish on the download. Then I tried premiere and everything worked like normal! I hope this helps!!
