Adding Additional Pages to a Dynamic XML Document

Using Adobe LiveCycle Designer I created a form with dynamic text boxes that will expand as needed.  Everthing work as expected except the user does not have an option to insert additional pages to the document.  The Insert From File Option is grayed out. 

The user may have to add supporting documentation to this document before they sign it.  Can some one tell my how to make this document allow additional pages to be added by the users?

If your form is a dynamic form (XFA form),  you cannot add pages to this file nor merge it with other files.

To add other documents, you can use the Attachment pane in Acrobat or you create a PDF Portfolio, which holds all the desired forms.
