Vikas.Sharma Jun 5, 2012 3:30 PM (in response to ruthieh1IK)If your password is being rejected when you try to sign in to Muse upon launch - but the SAME Adobe ID and password is working on Adobe website sign-in, then I would suggest you go through the following steps:
Close Muse.
Move the below listed folders to the Desktop-
On Windows:
- %appdata%\AdobeMuse
- %localappdata%\Adobe\MBLStore
- %localappdata%\Adobe\OOBE
On Mac:
- ~/Library/Preferences/AdobeMuse
- ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/MBLStore
- ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
Relaunch Muse.
Activate using your credentials.
In case your credentials are still rejected, please take a screenshot of the error message and share here. Also, what operating system are you working on.

Click on this link, http://xn--fabinhrosrubino-qjb1s.businesscatalyst.com/admin/Index.aspx and login with the same email and password as shown in the screen shot.
You will get a prompt to Merge your Business Catalyst ID with the Adobe ID.
On the left side enter the same email and the Adobe ID password to use the same email to administer your BC hosted web sites.
