Seán McCormack Jun 6, 2012 4:13 AM (in response to montesjesse)You're seeing what's availabe in Loupe. I know John Beardsworth has a plugin called ListView that includes Size, but I don't believe it's a generally available filter in Lightroom.

I'm new to Lightroom. I want to view the size of my files in Lightroom, but I can't seem to find it. I've looked in the Metadata list, but nothing shows up. Also, I'd like to be able ot view the file size in my loupe view, but when I go to my view options, I only find 'megapixels and "cropped dimensions", but I want file size. can anyone help me with this?
At the top of the metadata panel in Library, you need to select Exif and IPTC instead of leaving it on Default. Then you get most things showing up, including FileSize.

3. Re: viewing file size
dj_paige Jun 6, 2012 4:59 AM (in response to montesjesse)Bob Frost has the answer, but please remember that the size you are seeing is the size of the original. LR will not show you the size of an exported JPG/TIFF/PSD file, if that's what you wanted.
