I have a template invoice in InDesign CS5.5. I used to use Microsoft Excel to create the invoice amounts and calculations then I used to simply copy the selected rows/columns and paste them into my InDesign document, in CS5.5 it used to past perfectly with the format, size of cells .etc. but now in InDesign CS6 it pastes in a mess and does not keep any format what so ever...
Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue or if anyone else has the same problem?
If not then could anyone advise a better way of me doing this.
Just suffered through the same problem. To fix:
Preferences --> Clipboard Handling
Press the "All Information" button.
Now it works like a charm!
Perfect, thanks Pete
