2. Re: Show/Hide with button hot spot
jbalmain Jun 7, 2012 6:05 AM (in response to Bob Bringhurst - Adobe)Hello
Is it possible to do the following ?01: to have targets (green circles) acting as buttons
02: when you chose ot click on one of these (here green) target, it opens an image or text like this (yellow rectangle) AND makes ALL OTHER TARGETS DISAPPEAR
note: if you click on the top right green target, it opens ANOTHER destination close to it etc.)03 : when you click on the opened destination (here the yellow rectangle), the destination disappears and all other green targets come back (back to 01).
AND then it can act the same way for all others
I tried many ways, can't find the trick, if there is one

3. Re: Show/Hide with button hot spot
BobLevine Jun 7, 2012 6:12 AM (in response to jbalmain)Put everything into an MSO including the buttons. The first screenshot you showed would be state 1 of the MSO. Tap on one of the buttons and it takes you to another state.

jbalmain Jun 7, 2012 7:14 AM (in response to BobLevine)yes
main problem seems to be that if i try to insert a button in one state of the MSO (like: go back to "STATE1 where you only see he buttons"), the button does NOT work

A hot spot is a type of button. In DPS, a hot spot button lets you tap an area to display a pop-up image. The pop-up image usually has a close (X) button.
