I was finally able to get them working again.

I ended up uninstalling photoshop cs6, running the cleaner for all cloud apps, reinstalling adobe application manager, then reinstalling both dw and ps cs6.  They both seem to be running fine once again.   Whew!

That's as useless as testicles to an Eunuch. You need to provide system info and the full log.

Mylenium - The second part of your response is all you needed to state. The first part was kind of not keeping in the spirit of being a helpful forum participant. Can you explain how to provide system info and the full log...for those not as savvy at those things? Thanks!

Had the same error on Mac OS X 10.7 (all adobe products properly uninstalled before).

Fixed it by deleting the "Adobe" folders in both ApplicationSupport locations:

1) "/Library/Application Support"

2) "/~/Library/Application Support"

You should create backups of these folders before, of course.

I deleted the adobe folders.  It worked for Photoshop and I have it installed again.  However, now my dreamweaver cs6 won't work.  When I try to install it, I get "Administrator privileges are required to install."

Really frastrated with the new app manager/cs6 installs.
