TOC not expending when accessing the Help system

Hi all,

I recently noticed a problem with my help system. When a user access it with the link provided to bring the user at the specific topic inside the project, the Navigation pane (TOC) is opened with all its books closed instead of showing the user the location of where he is inside the project...

It was working before and I don't know what could have happened for it to not work anymore...

Any clues?

(Im using Robohelp X5 and the help files are generated in WebHelp)

Check the Synchronisation option is checked in the wizard. If it is, then see Snippet 1 on my site.

Thanks Mr. Grainge for the quick answer.

I managed to get the TOC expending again when opened from the help system... Clicking the "Local PC or Intranet option" in the Optimising Speed section of the publish wizard solved it!
