1. Re: Problems activating CS6 apps on Windows
Jeff A Wright May 17, 2012 7:47 AM (in response to Samisin1234)Branched this out to a new discussion as the simple fact you are utilizing Windows means the steps and troubleshooting are going to be different than on Mac OS. Do you have any previous versions of Adobe Creative applications installed? Where you involved in the beta or pre-release program?

2. Re: Problems activating CS6 apps on Windows
Samisin1234 May 17, 2012 1:48 PM (in response to Jeff A Wright)I had a trial of CS5.5 installed that I uninstalled before installing CS6. I just built a completely new Windows PC three weeks ago and was running the trial awaiting CS6.
No beta or pre-release program.
Could this have something to do with the language version of CS installed? It is extremely weird because I used the same installer, but Photoshop is in Swedish, while Premiere and After Effects is in English. Though, Premiere works fine, but After Effects and Photoshop don't want to activate.
Another weird thing is that After Effects was fine for a few days until it yesterday started asking for activation, while Photoshop did so already last weekend, when I installed CS6.

Jeff A Wright May 17, 2012 2:18 PM (in response to Samisin1234)Which products do you have a subscription for? Or do you have a subscription for the Creative Cloud? 6. Re: Problems activating CS6 apps on Windows
Jeff A Wright May 18, 2012 10:37 AM (in response to Samisin1234)It is possible you have a permission issue from your previous trial installation. Please complete the following:
Uninstall all Adobe Creative Software using Programs & Features
Run the cleaner tool - CS Cleaner Tool for installation problems | CCM, CS6, CS5.5, CS5, CS4, CS3 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
Try the installation again of Creative Suite 6
If you continue to run into difficulties then I would recommend reviewing your installation logs. You can find details on how to review these at Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html.
