Books won't show up on my Literati.

I am so frustrated. I've read every forum and post about my eReader. I've downloaded ADE, I've authorized my computer and my eReader. I've dragged and dropped the book I bought to my Literati, it shows up on the computer and when I connect my Literati to my computer, but when I disconnect it to see my book on my device, it's not there. It's not in my Documents, or Books. I'm very frustrated. I've deleted it on my computer and readded it. I've turned my Literati on and off. Where the heck is my book at? I mean, I can read it on my computer, but that's annoying. I can't SYNC the book because it won't connect to any wifi. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it. Thank you

I have two of them, plus two Lookbooks, which are similar. I don't have

the issue which is no help to you. I think that you're disconnecting the

Literati before it has finished updating. No offense, but let me go over

how to do that.

After you've dragged and dropped your ebook to the Literati, you can close

Digital Editions. Watch the Literati screen and wait until it tells you

that it's finished updating. Then, disconnect the Literati logically from

your computer before you pull the plug. If you're on a Windows computer,

then click on the icon for 'Safely Remove Hardware' on the right hand side

of the Start bar, and pick the drive letter that's been assigned to your

Literati. Once you get the message back confirming it's done, then

disconnect the Literati.

The other thing I thought of is the kluge that's 'library management' on

the Literati. You get pictures of the book cover and no title. So,

finding the ebook you've downloaded can be difficult if the ebook itself

doesn't have a 'cover'.

When I plug in my Literati, ADE, already says the book is on the Literati. As when I "open file to view" when I plug it in, I see the book on there.
it's not there when I look though. So frustrating.
