Publishing Problem - whtopic.js

Hello,

I am having issues publishing my project. I have tried our 2 different servers and have run into the same problem on both.

After generating the project and clicking "publish" RoboHelp does its thing until it comes to the file "whtopic.js"

At which point the publishing process stalls out for a couple minutes until this error pops up:

I am able to publish a different project to our servers, so I'm assuming the issue is in the java script file for this particular project.

I know very little about java script so I'm hoping someone can provide some troubleshooting advice. What could have caused this problem and is there a fix?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks,

Chris McQuillen

Hi Chris

I forget, are you using RoboHelp Server?

If not, perhaps that's the issue. You are publishing from FlashHelp Pro.

Cheers... Rick

Hey Rick, good to "see" you again.

Yes, we are using RoboServer 8. I didn't think it was a server issue because I can publish a different project (the existing knowledge repository I showed you during training) to the server without any problems.

Thanks,

Chris
