I'm working in CP5 on a Mac and I can't see the slide duration in the timeline. It's cut off. I tried closing out the timeline panel and re-opening it. I tried dragging it up and down and I can't get the entire bar to show up. Has anyone had this problem?

Here's the image....see how the duration bar at the very top is cut in half? And yes, it still looks like that on a new, blank project.

Hello,

Which version of MAC you are using (10.6 or 10.7) ?

To check the version -> Click on Apple Icon -> About this MAC

Thanks,

Hello Kristen,

On Mac 10.7 "Library" folder is hidden, so you can follow these instructions :

1) Click on the Finder Icon in Doc

2) Click on Go (Top Menu Bar) -> Go to Folder

3) Type /Users/[user name]/Library

4) Rename "Captivate 5" folder under "Preferences" folder

5) Launch Captivate 5 again

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Vikram
