JSS1138 Jun 15, 2012 6:10 AM (in response to scarrey)Well...the easy solution would be to use a supported file. FLV is normally when you end up with, not what you start out with.

Admiral Cook Jun 15, 2012 7:02 AM (in response to JSS1138)I'm usually converting these files using Wondershare Video Converter. It can read them just fine.
I've also found that frame rate conversion is better done by Wondershare or ProCoder, than in Premiere. When it's done in Premiere it flickers, when such problem will not appear with videos converted using mentioned programs.

Bill Hunt Jun 15, 2012 7:58 AM (in response to scarrey)FLV support is only partial, as there are several "flavors" of FLV. My memory is cloudy, but IIRC, FLV's with Sorenson Spark will not Import, where others with CODEC's, such as On2 VP6, etc. will. FLV is but a container, like .AVI, but with far fewer possibilities.
For the FLV's, that do not Import, which CODEC was used?
Good luck,
Hunt
