John Waller Jun 16, 2012 5:00 PM (in response to TamirNisman)Either:
Log into your Adobe account at https://www.adobe.com/account.html
Or:
Go to the Cloud at https://creative.adobe.com/ then in the top RHS, click the silhouette icon which reveals a dropdown menu
Click the "Account" button to view your account page including your orders
Both routes will take you to your account page (shown below)
Click My Orders
Click the date of the monthly Cloud payment for which you want to view the details and print a receipt
Click Print Receipt

OliviaTheGuru Nov 1, 2012 2:16 PM (in response to John Waller)Thank you John! I totally navigated myself by your answer. I'm surprised that this is something so self-directed, instead of automated by Adobe.
You're awesome (even though you have my ex's name).
Thanks

Mike Bethany Dec 21, 2012 8:29 AM (in response to John Waller)This is why you shouldn't be answering this question. If you don't know the answer why answer? You've just told everyone that you can't do something you absolutely can do. I know because I've done it but the way to get to it is so convoluted and idiotically hidden I forget where it's at.

I think I said that I wasn't aware of how to do it. Doesn't mean it can't be done.

Please post a link or the steps required so we can all learn.

Blakeyg Jan 7, 2013 2:30 AM (in response to TamirNisman)The way Adobe manage billing information has always been extremely poor, which is frustrating for customers who need to generate monthly invoices for their accounts departments.
As well as making your cloud subscription transactions difficult to find, in an additional stroke of counter-usability genius they seem to have recently removed the ability to easily generate/view invoices for these transactions. You now have to perform these steps (as per dainbrain's last post here http://forums.adobe.com/message/4969356):
- Get your subscription transaction IDs by clicking on the "Creative Cloud membership" link here:
https://store1.adobe.com/cfusion/store/html/index.cfm?event=displaySub scriptions - Paste your transaction ID onto the end of this URL:
https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/support/index.cfm?event=printReceipt&oid =[ YOUR subscription Transaction ID here ]
To add insult to injury, despite owning the Adobe Acrobat software suite, the generated page doesn't provide a "save as PDF button". Instead, you'll need to "Print to PDF" using your browser (presuming you've got a free PDF "Printer" installed). And this from the creators of the world's supposedly best graphic design productivity suite?
Judging by the amount of posts on Adobe's own forums regarding this matter, it's a shame they don't seem to be listening.

sisrael1 Nov 26, 2013 12:39 PM (in response to Blakeyg)This was a lifesaver. Only difference is that the URL you list in #2 didn't give me my transaction ID#. Instead I pulled up the invoice found under "My Orders" and copied the Order Number to the end of the URL in #3.
Thanks again. I also contacted Customer Supprt, and more than 10 months after your post they still don't seem to comprehend the difference between a receipt and an invoice.
