Igor Valentovitch Apr 26, 2011 11:42 AM (in response to John T Smith)Yep, I solved the 'access denied' error by starting Encore as admin. Aparently, Encore is sometimes writing in the Program Files directory of Win7 which the OS prevets. Hence, the 'access denied' message The only way to avoid this is to start the application as administrator.
