I am trying to download Adobe Flashplayer 11 and it keeps stoping and telling me to close internet exployer.  It is already closed.  What do I do to fix this so I can download it?

Check with the Task Manager's Processes tab if there are any hidden iexplore.exe processes running.

You must also close any messenger apps, chat clients, Skype, etc., as they all use Flash Player.
