RE:  Photoshop Elements 10 & Premiere

I installed from Disk 1 (only disk 1) and read the tiny lettering that I needed to install from Disk 2 (for 64-bit system).  I'm stuck now and hope not to have to reformat my hard drive.

Any suggestions?

No , you don't have to re-format your drive , you have to simply uninstall the software from the Control panel -->Add/Remove programs and then re-install the software using disk 2.
