Any idea of how to resolve this issue?

When trying to download an e book from my local library (which I've done before successfully) I suddenly getn an error, "One or more tasks were running when ADE abnormally terminated. Do you want to resume pending tasks."

No matter how I answer that question I get the error message, "Error getting license, Server Comm problem E-ADEPT-IO"

ebook in question. The library is supposed to set the rights so that the

ebook can be downloaded to your computer. Sometimes, they don't.
