Hi

I am having a very hard time downloading Acrobat X Pro. I have a Mac and had purchased the Acrobat sometime back. I have been wanting to updat it and it tells me I have an error 1572. So then I uninstall the program and then try to redownload it. Then with both of the download programs, they fail and I cannot download.

Please help.

Are you not able to download Acrobat X Pro or its update?

Which version of MAC os have you installed?

Then with both of the download programs, they fail and I cannot download. Which download programs ae you talking about?

Have you tried to download them from adobe.com? If not, lets try that.
