web app comment count

I fear I'm not going to be able to do this but maybe someone can give me a definitive answer.

Why isn't the comment count tag working on my web app list layout but is fine in the details list?

Is there a workaround if this is a common problem.

Hello Boxhedge,

Yes I've come to this issue as well, turns out BC will not display the comment count in the list view unless you sort by popularity. Why I'm not sure, I've submitted a few tickets on the matter.

as for a workaround, you could probably use JavaScript to load in the comment number from the details view. But this should work regardless of the sort.

Bit complicated just to get result on list so I have developed without it.
