There is a place where you can find the status of the SendNow service. Check out: http://health.acrobat.com
As for your current troubles, there have been a few scattered reports of odd behavior since our scheduled maintanence update last night. I'm not sure if the behavior you're seeing is related, but I'll make sure the product team investigates it!
