Help!  My computer says I need the latest version of Flash Player but every time I do the installation (carefully following instructions) the download is not on the computer.  My system says I have plug-in version 11.3.300.257 but no Mp3 will play and they did a couple weeks ago.  What do I need to do?

Could you please see the Flash Player installation status by accessing the following link: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html

Also, please let us know the Mac version and browser you use? From which website are you playing mp3 files?

Thanks,

Sunil

I am sorry but the screen is gray and when I follow the directions to

install the Flash Player it says the installation is successful but it does

not show up anywhere on my computer. The Flash Player icon is on the

desktop but when I click on it there is just the installer. I have

installed 7 times all with the same results.

Thank you for you guidance.
