Flash Player Installation

Hi there,

I am attempting to install Adobe Flash Player.

I have downloaded the file from - http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/download/?installer=Flash_Player_11_for_Other_Browsers&os=Vista&bro...

However, when I click Run, the box closes and I cannot see anything being done. If I try to Run the program again, it says 'Only a single instance of this application can run'.

If I go to Processes on Task Manager, I can see it there but I cannot see it actually installing.

Please advise.

What happens when you click End Process in the Task Manager and run it again?

End the process, as instructed by Sunil, then download and run the offline installer from http://helpx.adobe.com/content/help/en/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.ht...
