    Questions not in the FAQ

    literally_figurative Community Member

For some reason, my adobe profile has taken it upon itself to be in Spanish because of the country I selected. Thanks a lot adobe. How can I change the settings to be in English? I made another account and said my country was US, and it doesn't happen, so it literally taking the country I chose and ASSUMING it's a spanish speaking country, which it isn't.

I would also like to use Creative Cloud, but it won't even let me get to the payments part. On the account where I said I was from the US, I get the option. Does the credit card HAVE to be FROM the US? I have no problem purchasing from Amazon with my card, but I am wondering if Adobe will be problematic here as well.

What if I buy a prepaid card from amazon and try to use it in a region where creative cloud doesn't let you pay for the upgrade? Will I be wasting my money? Thanks in advance.

          Hello literally_figurative,

You would want to have an Adobe ID matching the address and country in which you live and use a credit card that matches.

Prepaid cards (like ones from Amazon) must be redeemed with an account in the same country as they were purchased.

          Hope that helps,
