Hello,

Welcome to Adobe Forums,

You can download Offline Installer for Flash 11.3 from here :

http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_player_11_active_...

Note : Download and save the Installer, close all the browser windows and run the installer.

Thanks,

Vikram

Hello,

Launch your Task Manager :

Right Click on the Task Bar -> Start Task Manager or Keyboard Shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+Esc)

Go to Processes Tab and check for "iexplore.exe" process, Kill the process

Note : Make sure you have checked or clicked "Show processes from all users"

Hope it helps !!

Thanks,

Vikram
