    Urgent: Unable to download folio in live app


      So I have just tied to download a folio from our app that is currently live in the app store however after testing on three separate iPads with three separate Apple IDs I am getting the same error: Cannot Update Library: An error has occurred. and no folios will show up. However on one of them I was able to get a folio to show up, however upon attempting to download I get : Cannot connect to server at this time: Please try again later.


      I have not been inside of the folio producer or touched anything since the app has gone live. Therefore is this a current issue with the Adobe servers, or possible something on my end?
