Once again, Adobe's system is failing right when we need to publish our issue. Perhaps their servers cannot handle the load at month's end, when many publishers are pushing up their issues.
Regardless, we all pay a hefty sum to use the software so the least we can expect is up-time at a reasonable percentage. Every month, something has happened with Adobe's software to make our process more difficult.
I also have this problem right now.
It just keeps updating and updating in Adobe Viewer. After several tries of closing and reopening the app I tried logging out of the Adobe Viewer, but then I cant even log in again. (Authentication failed) Although I know the login details is correct.. :-/
I've tried contacting Gold Support but nobody is there.

I get better hosting on Dropbox!
btw - by a publication from O'Reilly and they will push it directly into your Dropbox. I think I like that model.
