The site I'm currently building will need to be transferred to the control of another Adobe accountholder.
Is there a better solution for this than dumping everything into the new account by FTP? In particular, I'm concerned about the webapps, since the modules have an id in them, and that those ids might need to be manually changed in the code?
Maybe rough your hosts file or you may need to boot up command on pc and flush your DNS.
Google "flush DNS" and see how you get on after doing that.

Contact support. You will need consent from the account holder to transfer it to another location.

Here's the article for information on how to transfer sites between partners: http://kb.worldsecuresystems.com/864/cpsid_86424.html. Note you cannot transfer a site to a free partner portal, it must be paid.

Hi, now the kb.worldsecuresystems.com is offline, has the article mentioned above been moved somewhere? I have tried searching it but to no result.
I need to move a site from my premium accoount to another premium partner.

Thanks Liam, I've checked my host file and have flushed my DNS but no luck yet.. Might be an issue with my ISP?

Sweet! glad that fixed it up.
They did mess with the domain at one point, so may have just stayed in your DNS cache.
