Download failure.

Whenever I try to download the newest version of Flash Player I get a message saying that I do not have sufficient privileges to do so.  The thing is I am logged in as the administrator so why does it say that and how can I fix it?

What exactly does it say? What are your system specs? Are there any security tools running? Did you simply try another browser?

Actually I uninstalled the entire flash player and re-installed the latest version and that seemed to solve the problem.  Although it was a risk considering it could have uninstalled and then told me that message.  Thank you for your prompt reply though, it is greatly appreciated.
