Installing Flashplayer 11 for Weightwatchers online programme

Good Afternoon All

I am operating Window 7 home version and have had no problem running the Weight Watchers Esouce web page with Flashplayer until today.

I have Flashplayer 11 installed (I hve chekced, it is in my list of installed programmes) however all of a sudden whenever I log onto the Weightwatcher wb page to register my new weight it advises me that I have to install the latest version of flashplayer version 9 or above.

Can you advise me why the Weight Watchers online weight tracker will not run even though flashplayer is definitely installed.

Any help will be gratefully accepted

1. can you see the Flash animation at 1.?
2. can you see your system information at 2.?

Thankyou for getting in touch.

I don't know what I did, but I have now managed to get the flashplayer to work.

Perhaps the de and reinstall I did 7 times, patience is a vertue as they say.
