Hi Cyndie,
Try launching Acrobat separate from all other applications and repairing via Help > Repair Acrobat Installation.

Hi David,
Followed your direction but still getting the same error message. I do
appreciate your efforts especially as I hadn't realized how much I actually used
Acrobat and it's a real problem for me that it is't working. Is there any way
to uninstall and go back to the earlier version of Acrobat?

Hi Cyndie and Dan,
Are there any updates for Windows & IE available to you via Windows Update? Have you also updated Acrobat to 10.1.3?

Hi David,
I have a similar problem (started yesterday), and searching the www shows that there are others - all starting this week. Seems like a general problem between Acrobat and IE.

I have the same OS [windows 7 pro] and IE version as CyndieSea but I do not have this issue.
A colleague is having this problem though and is using a different browser as a fix in the meantime.
