I'm thick. Once you have installed flash player, how do you install it?

Hello Pat,

The operating system I have is OSX 10.4.11. I use safari as my browser. I can no longer use the bbciplayer as the version of flashplayer I have needs to be upgraded and I am having problems doing that.

By downloading Flash Player, you actually get an installer file in your machine. You need to double-click the installer and follow the instructions.
