Serial number retrieval

Where do I put my redemption code to retreive my serial number for Photoshop Elements 10?

Purchased from Best Buy.  I went to adobe.com/go/getserial and there isn't any place to put it.

Thanks so much for the free advice on my redemption problem.

My new iMac is really great except my wife wants to use incredimail.

Which I just discovered doesn't work on my Mac.

Guess I'll be returning the Mac for another PC soon!

I misunderstood your explanation. The space for my redemption code is not available.

I went to adobe.com etc. and it's not there! It only asks for the serial number which

I can't get until I enter the redemption code! I hope you can advise me.

I know Adobe wants to protect their copyrights but, the serial number should

simply be inside the box or on the disc.

Kiteman4 try accessing the site using a different web browser.  It sounds like your current browser is having problems rendering the page.

Kiteman4 talked of a link that you posted that then took them to a place for him to retrive his serial number for Adobe elements 10.  I would like the same link please.  Thanks
