Hello all,

On 3 July I purchased and attempted to install the digital version of  CS6 Design and Web Premium for Windows. ( I have  Windows 7 Professional).    Some of the programs didn't install,  and I've copied and pasted the error and warning messages below. The progams that didn't install are:  Flash,  Dreamweaver,  InDesign,  and Fireworks.

Should I uninstall and reinstall the whole thing?  I've always purchased Creative Suite on disk before.  Is there a way to run the download in repair mode?

Thanks,

Pixella

@ Pixella2    I would be needing the complete Install logs , hence please place it on Pastebin.com and then put the link here.

@Lexogram   First of all both the situations are different , even the OS's so I would suggest to create a new thread wherein we can help you.

Also you can try installing in the Root user account , it may help.

Uninstall everything Adobe on your system, run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool, try again.

Thanks for your suggestions.  I'm still having problems with the download  version installing, so I am awaiting a disk.
