However, don't expect a first quality translation...
The easiest would be to look on the manufacturer's website for an original English document. If it is an international company, they will likely have an English version of the document.
If that fails, you could save the document as text, then use that to translater portions of it. But as Claudio writes, don't expect too much; especially technical translations can end up with very confusing results.
Learn some German, perhaps...?
