Issues with Flash Professional - Runs one time.

Hello,

I am a Creative Cloud member. I have all the programs loaded on my main computer and they all work great BUT Flash Professional is the ONLY program that is giving me trouble. Flash will download and run the first time, but I can't reopen it after the first run. On the load screen showing all the files being loaded, Flash will not make it passed loading the fonts. I am using this for a PC by the way. Any ideas???

If you are on Windows 7 you might test launching by right clicking and choosing Run as Administrator. Also, try recreating your user preferences

There is this doc for earlier versions, but the process should be moreless the same.
