Three monthes ago I bought Premerier Elements Upgrade 10 and it will not install on my 64 bit HP computer running Windows 7. Error each time. Also does not recognize my serial number which I pasted from my Adobe Purchase invoice. The online advice person said to reinstall but the error just stopped it again.
