You can not embed custom HTML directly in FormsCentral forms. However you can embed a FormsCentral form into your own custom web page. To do so, you would go to the distribute tab, click embed, and copy the provided HTML code and put into your web page.
Is this being considered?
Embedding custom HTML into forms is not on our immediate plans. Can you elaborate what you want to embed? How would your upload work? Are you trying to catch the user clicking submit, then have it upload your file first, then do the normal submit?
We need to have a secure form specific to a client where they can do the following:
1. choose from a list of services we provide, - the form will work currently
2. upload a data set >150mb - we use ShareFile to collect these. It is a HIPAA compliant cloud storage service. This needs to be specific in that only that client has access to the upload feature as to not mix up uploads. Currently we use FormSite but would like to use Adobe. FormSite provides the custom HTML feature so we can use ShareFile's custom upload wizard HTML.
We would like the client fill out the form, then be able to upload to a secure location of our choosing, then complete form with a summary.
Sorry if this seems a little un-clear.
Thanks for the information, I understand.
