Partial audio when burning a Blu-ray

I am using CS 6 with an intel i7 processor, 24GB Ram, a Quadro 5000 video card, Windows 7 Enterprise and all updated drivers.

That said, I have about 10 sequences in PPro that I am exporting via Dynamic Link (DL) to Encore.  Two of the PPro sequences are DL from After Effects.  In Encore I am puting all of the sequences on one timeline with chapter markers at the start of each sequence.

I can burn a DVD with Encore just fine, but when I  burn a Blu-ray I only get audio, upon playback with my home TV system, on the first sequence (which is a DL from AE to PPRo to Encore)  after that, all of the remaining sequences have no audio.

When I do a preview in Encore all of the chapters (sequnces) play the audio prefectly.  In PPro the audio plays just fine on all of the sequences.  It is only when I burn a blu-ray that most of the audio disappears.

      Any ideas??
