Hold down Shift+Opt+Cmd (Shift+Alt+Cntrl on PC) AS you launch Photoshop. You'll get a small dialog to OK resetting your preferences.

4. Re: No Print Settings for Epson printer
rlinsurf1 Jul 14, 2012 3:12 PM (in response to charles badland)No, there's no window at all. The button turns blue for a moment, then back to white, that's it. I did a forum search before i posted the question. I didn't find anything.

charles badland Jul 14, 2012 3:13 PM (in response to rlinsurf1)Ok. I find the thread I was thinking of. It ended with this link to an Adobe tech bulletin :
http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/print-settings-option-unavailable-print.html
Hope this solves it!

rlinsurf1 Jul 14, 2012 3:44 PM (in response to charles badland)Drat. I performed all of the solutions mentioned. None worked. I've now even uninstalled and re-installed the app from scratch

7. Re: No Print Settings for Epson printer
rlinsurf1 Jul 14, 2012 3:53 PM (in response to rlinsurf1)Well, looks like I'm dumb. I misread Solution 1. It suggested that I Choose Printer Manages Color, return to Photoshop Manages Color, and then choose Print Settings. This worked perfectly after I realized it meant PS couldn't use the printer to manage color in the case of my printer.
Anyway, you saved my you-know-what!
Thanks again,
J.
